Position Overview

Yas is seeking a Financial Planning Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Core Responsibilities

Budgeting & Financial Planning

Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, align financial plans with strategic goals, manage operational expenditure (opex) and balance sheet forecasting, and ensure accurate reporting.

Regulatory Reporting

Support preparation and submission of financial reports to regulatory authorities and handle ad hoc reporting requirements.

Business Partnering & Management Reporting

Act as a financial advisor to business units, prepare monthly management reports, and provide insights for decision-making.

Opex Analysis & Control

Monitor and analyze operational expenditure, identify cost optimization opportunities, and support strategic projects.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
  • Strong understanding of emerging markets and telecom industry dynamics.
