Human Resources (HR) Specialist & Supervisor

Reports to: HR Manager

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1–3 years of experience, fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interview arrangement, onboarding).
  • Maintain talent pipelines and support hiring initiatives.

Employee Relations & Welfare:

  • Support implementation of employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues under guidance.

Training & Development:

  • Support coordination of training sessions and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate training records and evaluate feedback.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS system.
  • Handle documentation for hiring, transfers, terminations, etc.

Policy Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure HR practices are aligned with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in generating HR reports for internal use.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; other languages (e.g., Swahili/Chinese) are a plus.
