About the Role

Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd has an exciting opportunity in the Sales & Marketing department. We are looking for a talented individual with the relevant skills, experience, knowledge, and expertise in Trade Marketing and Marketing to be based in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will report directly to the Revenue Growth & Trade Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement brand portfolio strategies and trade marketing activations in HORECA and Key Account channels to increase market share.
  • Optimize promotional efforts to drive NARTD growth, ensuring ROI and brand value.
  • Develop tailored activation plans using category insights and local market dynamics.
  • Align internal/external stakeholders for growth initiatives in key channels.
  • Build strong relationships with HORECA and Key Account partners for long-term collaboration.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, and Brand teams for strategy integration.
  • Oversee POS materials and trade tools for in-market execution.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams for strategic campaigns.
  • Coach junior team members to build trade marketing capabilities.

Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Public Relations.

Experience

  • 5+ years in FMCG marketing, specializing in trade marketing.
  • Proven track record in brand strategy execution and budget management.
  • Experience in merchandising, product placement, and stakeholder alignment.
