Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR & Admin functions, implementing effective policies/procedures
  • Oversee Recruitment, Performance Management, Training, Compensation, Employee Relations
  • Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Analyze employee turnover, training, and development data
  • Design compensation/benefits programs and advise on personnel policies
  • Resolve employee relations issues and handle litigations

Knowledge and Experience
