Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR & Admin functions, implementing effective policies/procedures
- Oversee Recruitment, Performance Management, Training, Compensation, Employee Relations
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Analyze employee turnover, training, and development data
- Design compensation/benefits programs and advise on personnel policies
- Resolve employee relations issues and handle litigations
