Position: Field Officer Supervisor

Location: Arusha, Tanzania

Key Responsibilities

  • Set/agree targets and daily activity plans with Field Officers
  • Monitor Field Officer performance and FAST Loan performance
  • Coordinate trainings with People & Culture
  • Develop roll-out plans (location, staffing, budget)
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding of Field Officers
  • Ensure proper loan reporting in core banking systems

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Rural Development, Sales, Business Administration, Economics, or Community Development
  • Valid motorcycle license
  • Knowledge of Village Saving/Lending systems (e.g., S4T model)
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and project management
