  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent knowledge of Tanzanian Labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Experience in employee relation and performance management
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize task
  • Minimum of three (3) years in a related field
