About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support performance management and staff development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Handle employee relations and provide HR guidance to staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in Human Resources.
  • Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
