About the Role

The Human Resource Officer is responsible for coordinating and implementing a wide spectrum of HR functions to support the organization’s operational needs. This includes ensuring that HR services are delivered effectively across all departments, maintaining and monitoring HR systems for accuracy and functionality, and conducting routine audits to verify compliance with internal policies and legal standards. The role also involves providing guidance on HR procedures and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and facilitate accurate and timeous submission of payroll inputs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human resource Management or any other related filed
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the same field
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
  • Good organizational behavior and interpersonal skills
  • Administration and Management skills
  • Judgment and Decision-Making skills
