Mfumo wa ESS Utumishi ni zana ya kidijitali inayowasaidia watumishi wa umma Tanzania kusimamia huduma mbalimbali za kazi kwa urahisi.

ESS Utumishi ni zana ya mabadiliko inayokidhi mahitaji mbalimbali ya watumishi wa umma Tanzania. Kwa vipengele vyake vya kuvutia na interface rahisi, usimamizi wa taarifa na huduma zinazohusiana na ajira haujawahi kuwa rahisi zaidi. Mfumo huu unaendelea kutumika kama mfano wa ufanisi, uwazi, na uzoefu wa kitaalamu katika usimamizi wa huduma za umma, ukidhinisha maadili muhimu ya utawala bora nchini Tanzania.
Steps how to access PEPMIS
- Click on the PEPMIS module within the ESS Utumishi platform.
- The module will open and display six steps related to employee performance evaluation:
- Annual Institutional Performance Planning
- Implementation and Monitoring
- Annual Institutional Performance Plan Update
- Employee Performance Assessment
- Employee Performance Assessment Referral and Appeal
- Report
How to create Tasks and Subtasks
- After login to portal, click on the first element of PEPMIS to begin.
- You will see a dashboard with options to create tasks and subtasks. Provide details such as start and end dates, weight, performance indicators, and actions.
- Click on ‘+Create Task’ to enter your first objective and save it.
- Repeat this process for all your goals for the year.
- Use the ‘Action’ options to create, view, edit, delete, or submit subtasks

ESS Utumishi ni jukwaa la kidijitali lililotangazwa na "Ofisi ya Rais ya Usimamizi wa Huduma za Umma na Utawala Bora wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania". Pia inajulikana kama Watumishi Portal. Inawasaidia watumishi wa umma wa Tanzania kufikia huduma muhimu zinazohusiana na kazi kutoka nyumbani, ikiwa ni pamoja na kuwasilisha maombi ya likizo mtandaoni, kusasisha taarifa za kibinafsi, na kupakua hati za mshahara.
