Key Learning & Responsibilities

  • Preparing and issuing proforma invoices to clients.
  • Assisting with complex invoice reconciliation and data verification.
  • Verifying demurrage and discharge dates for container logistics.
  • Maintaining and updating essential pricing trackers (bulk & special prices).
  • Supporting the team in handling client billing inquiries.

What You’ll Need

  • A Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting knowledge.
