Contract: Permanent (48 hours/week)

About The Job

  • Managing Accounts Receivable and monitoring credit limits in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensuring the Aging of Debtors is kept under control, with regular reporting and proactive follow-up.
  • Overseeing customer credit assessments and setting appropriate credit terms.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve payment issues.
  • Conducting monthly credit meetings and preparing aging reports.
  • Managing collections, mitigating risks, and reconciling debtor accounts.
  • Supervising and training the Accounts Receivable team.

About You

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Credit Manager, preferably in luxury hotels.
  • Strong knowledge of credit control, financial analysis, and systems (e.g., Opera, ERP).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and English communication skills.
