Drivers – 3 Posts at WWF

Location: Masasi, Kilwa, Iringa

Key Requirement: Class C license + 3+ years’ driving experience in rural/urban areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive WWF officers, partners, and visitors to field activities and meetings.
  • Maintain and service vehicles, keeping accurate logbooks.
  • Deliver documents, mail, and purchased items as required.
  • Assist with office tasks (photocopying, maintenance) when not driving.
  • Support projects with photography as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Ordinary Secondary School Certificate (Form IV).
  • Clean Class C driving license + Vehicle Maintenance Certificate (Trade Test preferred).
  • 3+ years’ driving experience in remote/rural areas; conservation project experience is a plus.
  • Fluent Kiswahili, basic English; strong safe-driving and auto-maintenance skills.
  • Experience with international NGOs/donor-funded programs is advantageous.

Working Relationships

Reports to Project Lead (dotted line to Logistic Officer). Collaborates with WWF Tanzania staff, global guests, and consultants.
