  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Manage employee relations, including employee communications, counselling, and conflict resolution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labour laws
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies
