Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding/Offboarding
- Assist with hiring by screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Manage new staff onboarding and offboarding process.
- Ensure staff is registered in the system and receives office equipment.
- Oversee staff induction and departure until file closure.
Benefits Administration
- Ensure staff receive entitled benefits upon entry and are removed upon exit.
- Coordinate benefits services with providers per organizational policy.
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and labor laws.
- Track compliance metrics and liaise with stakeholders for field office requirements.
Administrative Support
- Plan monthly procurement for the department.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure purchases meet organizational needs.
- Ensure offices have required services for efficient operations.
Communication Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and complaints.
- Manage service provider relationships to add organizational value.
