Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding/Offboarding

  • Assist with hiring by screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Manage new staff onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Ensure staff is registered in the system and receives office equipment.
  • Oversee staff induction and departure until file closure.

Benefits Administration

  • Ensure staff receive entitled benefits upon entry and are removed upon exit.
  • Coordinate benefits services with providers per organizational policy.

Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and labor laws.
  • Track compliance metrics and liaise with stakeholders for field office requirements.

Administrative Support

  • Plan monthly procurement for the department.
  • Collaborate with procurement to ensure purchases meet organizational needs.
  • Ensure offices have required services for efficient operations.

Communication Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and complaints.
  • Manage service provider relationships to add organizational value.
