IT Support Engineer Job Vacancy at Exodus
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Key Requirement: Diploma in IT/Computer Science + 1 year experience in multinational staff support. ITIL certification preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Services in accordance with ITIL v3 (level 3) framework
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks and applications
- Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks
- Respond to technical support calls and communicate solutions
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system/network problems and hardware complications
- Support new application roll-outs and maintain issue resolution records
- Provide onsite/remote IT support and perform desktop-level fixes
- Log client requests/queries and document resolutions
- Develop help sheets and knowledge base articles
Requirements
- Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
- ITILv3/v4 certification (added advantage)
- 1 year experience supporting multinational staff
- Fluent in oral/written English
- Self-learning ability via web resources and trainings
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Logical/strategic thinking with customer service orientation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
