Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures achievement of sales/revenue targets through distributors and dealers
  • Implements sales and distribution activities in the territory
  • Manages product distribution to ensure continuous availability
  • Oversees branding/promotional material distribution
  • Identifies trade promotion needs and supports implementation
  • Monitors competitor activity and provides actionable reports
  • Trains distribution partners on Vodacom’s products/services
  • Ensures retail execution standards are maintained
  • Generates weekly/monthly performance and market intelligence reports

Qualifications & Competencies

  • University Degree or equivalent in business/sales management
  • Ability to work under high stress with short-term targets
  • High integrity, work ethics, and personal standards
  • Presentation skills & computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Clean Driving Licence
  • Knowledge of Vodacom’s products/services and pricing
  • Business acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder management
