Key Purpose

The key purpose of this role is to ensure the effective implementation and upholding of AB Inbev safety standards while overseeing warehouse inventory and operations. Responsible for supervising the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods to optimize customer service levels and achieve benchmarked productivity standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental Standards

  • Ensure company and legal stacking regulations are adhered to
  • Maintain site housekeeping standards
  • Wear correct PPE as designated by site and area
  • Full implementation of VPO and DPO protocols

Warehouse Supervision

  • Ensure compliance to 5S standards within warehouse operations
  • Cascade global policies and ensure adherence
  • Validate SOPs through management routines (SCL, OWD)
  • Use problem-solving tools (5Why, Abnormality Reports, PDCA, etc.)

Loading & Unloading Activities

  • Ensure loading/unloading follows processes with signed documentation

Stock Quality Management

  • Adhere to stock rotation principles (FEFO for sales, LIFO for transfers)
  • Prevent loading of blocked stocks

Inventory Management

  • Conduct accurate daily stock counts
  • Supervise container quality to avoid losses

Reports

  • Submit pre-trip inspection forms, fuel reports, and stock count sheets on time

People Management

  • Conduct monthly one-on-ones and performance reviews
  • Address poor performance via improvement plans

Minimum Requirements

  • 3-year diploma/degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
  • 2+ years Warehouse/Logistics experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and handheld devices
