Main Purpose

Execute administrative and finance related tasks and follow up of project accountancy to support the Project Finance-HR Manager following MSF standard and procedures, in order to ensure legal compliance and keep a strict control over monetary resources to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain petty cash, process payroll, and manage daily/weekly reconciliations.
  • Plan and monitor cash needs, ensuring strict compliance with procedures.
  • Process supplier payments, including tax withholdings and bank transfers.
  • Organize financial documents systematically for audits and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with the Finance/HR Manager to align with organizational goals.
  • Assume HR Assistant duties when required.

Requirements

Education: Diploma in Finance or Business Administration.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a related role; NGO experience preferred.

Languages: Fluency in English and Swahili (mandatory).

Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Word, accounting principles, and attention to detail.
