Job Overview

Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking

To drive the entrenchment of client relationships and to maximize cross-selling revenues and client profitability while providing effective client support and relationship development relating to Transaction Banking products. Their core responsibility is to defend and grow the BCB deposit client base and transactional business by solutioning for the client entire cashflow cycle and value chain. This includes cross-border payments, collections and payments.

Field of Study: Business Commerce

Experience Required

  • 3-4 years in Relationship Banking (Client Coverage) and Business & Commercial Banking
  • Experience in general banking (products and processes)
  • Data mining, forecasting, and knowledge of Customer Experience Solutioning
  • UI/CI and UX/CX design principles, Agile and Safe methodologies
  • Data experience (dashboard development, sourcing, reporting)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a roadmap for Domestic and Cross-Border Payments business (revenue, competitor analysis, customer segments, product development)
  • Enhance domestic/cross-border payment and collections product capabilities
  • Drive revenue growth using data insights (product enhancements, marketing, pricing)
  • Engage stakeholders (Business/Commercial Banking, Credit, Risk, Compliance, IT, TPS)
  • Provide client/user input for solution and process design
