The results were announced today, Wednesday, November 5, 2023 by the Executive Secretary of the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA), Professor Said Ally Mohamed.

Candidate Statistics

A total of 1,172,279 candidates sat the examination, of which 535,138 were boys, equivalent to 45.65 percent, and 637,141 were girls, equivalent to 54.35 percent.
