Role Purpose:
Build effective relationships with key dealers to maximize Bayer seed and CP business, mainly targeting smallholder farmers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the mission for the region with the customer-facing squad.
  • Coordinate the team and take administrative leadership.
  • Manage regional P&L and ensure 90-day sales goals.
  • Develop sales/marketing plans and track competitor activities.
  • Drive digital transformation and new product launches.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Agriculture or Business.
  • 4+ years in crop agronomy, seeds, or pest control.
  • Sales experience in Seeds/Crop Protection.
  • Strong collaboration and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Highly motivated and organized.
