Role Purpose:
Build effective relationships with key dealers to maximize Bayer seed and CP business, mainly targeting smallholder farmers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the mission for the region with the customer-facing squad.
- Coordinate the team and take administrative leadership.
- Manage regional P&L and ensure 90-day sales goals.
- Develop sales/marketing plans and track competitor activities.
- Drive digital transformation and new product launches.
Requirements:
- Degree in Agriculture or Business.
- 4+ years in crop agronomy, seeds, or pest control.
- Sales experience in Seeds/Crop Protection.
- Strong collaboration and Microsoft Office skills.
- Highly motivated and organized.
