Purpose

The HR Officer ensures efficient HR operations, compliance, and workforce support for Action Against Hunger Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance
  • Support performance management and staff development
  • Promote employee engagement and HR policy implementation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience (NGO preferred)
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll, and Tanzanian labor laws
