Executive Personal Assistant to CEO

Location: Moshi – Kilimanjaro

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, intelligent, and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to support a dynamic entrepreneur managing multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
  • Follow up on suppliers, customers, partners, and business leads.
  • Draft professional emails, letters, and business communications.
  • Track ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct online research and prepare reports when required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and business logistics.
  • Maintain records, files, and business documentation.
  • Assist in procurement and sourcing activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Professional appearance and communication skills.
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Officer is an added advantage.
