Executive Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: Moshi – Kilimanjaro
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, intelligent, and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to support a dynamic entrepreneur managing multiple businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
- Follow up on suppliers, customers, partners, and business leads.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and business communications.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct online research and prepare reports when required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and business logistics.
- Maintain records, files, and business documentation.
- Assist in procurement and sourcing activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Officer is an added advantage.
