Position Overview:

Division: Rooms Division
Reports to: Assistant Director of Rooms

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily Spa operations, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and wellness facilities.
  • Ensure luxury service standards, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Manage Spa scheduling, reservations, and guest experience via Book4Time.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise Therapists, Receptionists, and Spa Attendants.
  • Develop budgets, financial reports, and inventory management for Spa and Retail.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote Spa services and seasonal packages.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Spa/Hospitality Management (luxury setting preferred).
  • Proficiency in Book4Time, Microsoft Office, and financial management.
