Job Description

The purpose of the role is to manage Elite RMs and assure personalized financial solutions and exceptional service to high-net-worth clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Through Elite RMs to assure Acquisition, Development and Retention of Elite Banking clients
  • To meet the fee income goal through the existing and NTB Elite client’s portfolio and assure growth in profitability.
  • Know clients on a personal and professional level to understand their short- and long-term financial goals
  • Increase client loyalty by meeting their needs and providing tailored financial advice
  • Mentor and Coach paired team members through daily activity planning, prioritization, skills transfer and mind-set motivation
  • Complete line manager responsibilities for managing assigned designated support staff and mobilizing the resources to provide best in class service to Elite Clients
  • Sign up for strategic partnerships for Elite Clients for discounts against their Elite Banking account.
  • Conduct regular reviews of clients’ financial portfolios to ensure alignment with their goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial services.
  • Stay updated with market trends and financial products to provide informed advice.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent client relationship management abilities.
  • Deep understanding of financial products and services.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
