About the Role

As part of a movement to mature our ministry’s Change Management capability, the Global Change Partner brings energy, passion, and global perspective. They will strengthen our international change management capability through subject matter expertise and relationship building.

This individual will be responsible for serving as a Change Manager on key projects/initiatives, as well as promoting the growth of global change capabilities. They will serve as a trusted partner in change management for Compassion’s global workforce and partners, advocating for change awareness, adoption, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and uphold Compassion’s ministry in prayer.
  • Act as an advocate for child protection, prioritizing it in all decisions.
  • Partner with Sr. Change Managers to build capabilities and refine methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to integrate Change Management into project planning.
  • Develop stakeholder relationships, anticipate resistance, and deliver solutions.
  • Work with Communications and Training teams for aligned initiative delivery.
  • Serve as a thought leader to mitigate risks and improve methodologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business change, process improvement, or project oversight.
  • 10+ years of professional work experience.
  • Ability to overlap with US Mountain Time working hours (3-4 hours daily).
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and leadership through influence.
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluency in English.
  • Change Management certification (CCMP, PROSCI, etc.) preferred.
