Key Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets through distributors and partners.
- Implement sales and distribution activities in the territory.
- Coordinate product distribution to ensure continuous availability.
- Manage branding/promotional materials to enhance visibility.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable reports.
- Train distribution partners on Vodacom’s products/services.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales trends and dealer performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- University Degree or equivalent in business/sales management.
- Ability to work under pressure with short-term targets.
- High integrity, presentation skills, and computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Clean Driving Licence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
