Key Responsibilities

  • Support Beyond St Jude’s (BSJ) Community Service programs — Community Service Year (CSY) and Community Service Semester (CSS).
  • Prepare, translate, and update Community Service documents (FAQs, MoUs, policies, forms).
  • Liaise with internal departments, government schools, and stakeholders for volunteer placements.
  • Monitor and report on Community Service data (applications, placements, visits, reviews).
  • Organize Annual Work Readiness Trainings (AWRT) for volunteer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in youth development, education programs, or volunteer coordination.
  • Excellent written/spoken English and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
  • Highly organized and committed to St Jude’s mission.
