Job Summary

  • Manage and sustain a portfolio of Business Banking – Enterprise customers, building long-term relationships founded on efficient support.
  • Maximize sustainable risk-adjusted portfolio contribution.
  • Drive business growth within the SME segment through new client acquisition and deepening existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Service and Sales (90% time split)

  • Resolve customer complaints and recommend effective banking products.
  • Prospect and onboard new SME clients to grow the customer base.
  • Ensure timely account activation (3 working days for NTB accounts).
  • Maintain dormancy ratio of <5% in allocated portfolio.
  • Collaborate across departments for service excellence.

Business Management (5%)

  • Research and follow up on potential new business targets.
  • Monitor portfolio quality using risk management guidelines.

Requirements

Education & Knowledge

  • Business degree preferred (Higher Certificates in Business/Commerce required).
  • Broad understanding of Group policies and SME banking products.

Skills & Competencies

  • Risk assessment, negotiation, and analytical thinking.
