Job Summary

Acquire and manage relationships with Small and Medium Business customers through pro-active and consultative approach in line with NBC policies and procedures.

  • Utilize customer focus approach to provide holistic financial solutions.
  • Provide differentiated customer experience through regular engagement.
  • Manage asset/liability quality via transaction monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Relationship Management (40%)

  • Maximize client profitability within targets (Assets, Liabilities, revenue).
  • Conduct value-driven client meetings with clear objectives.
  • Develop pipeline of business opportunities and referrals.
  • Maintain CRM plans for Top 10 borrowing/non-borrowing clients.

Customer Service (20%)

  • Resolve complaints promptly and provide product education.
  • Coordinate client activities across bank departments.
  • Leverage feedback to improve offerings.

Compliance and Risk Management (20%)

  • Ensure KYC/AML compliance and document accuracy.
  • Monitor portfolio risks and submit credit reviews timely.
  • Address arrears/excess reports within 24 hours.

Team and Networking (10%)

  • Attend branch meetings and industry events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Self-Development (10%)

  • Stay updated on policies and complete compliance training.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in Business/Accounting.
  • 3+ years of banking experience.

Skills & Competencies

  • Financial/business acumen, Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Credit process knowledge, problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Risk management expertise (Credit, Operational, Market).
