About the Role

A Research Officer will ensure delegated study phases follow protocols, produce high-quality data/reports, and adhere to GLP principles. Leadership in ITF and SOP compliance is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing study plans/protocols and amendments.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and study plans; report deviations.
  • Document raw data accurately and assist in final report writing under GLP.
  • Present oral/written reports to Project Leader or Test Facility Manager.
  • Validate computerized systems and ensure equipment calibration.
  • Archive study plans, reports, and raw data post-study.
  • Maintain equipment records, testing logs, and operational performance tracking.
  • Support internal training and communication for study directors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Skills

  • Team collaboration and independent work ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written/verbal communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology.
  • Experience in GLP studies, report writing, and STATA for data analysis.
  • Phase one experiment experience preferred.
