Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing mechanical maintenance & repair service support within the factory necessary to optimize the efficiency of Cigarette Making Machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute mechanical maintenance and repairs to minimize machine downtime.
  • Monitor and reduce waste to improve production performance.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
  • Log production data in QIMS, SDE, and other systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a production environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and fluency in English/Swahili.
  • Advanced knowledge of machinery principles and EHS systems.
