Role Purpose
The Project Officer (PO) will support the Project Coordinator in project implementation, operational planning, and stakeholder engagement for the Melitta project. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, organizing workshops, and ensuring compliance with donor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and organize project events.
- Assist in financial administration and procurement processes.
- Maintain project documentation and knowledge management systems.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in agribusiness, agriculture, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in NGO project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English/Kiswahili.
- Strong analytical, communication, and networking skills.
