Key responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of personalized, quality donor stewardship, including heartfelt thank-you emails, thoughtful gifts, and special communications.
- Collaborating with teams across St Jude’s to coordinate supporter updates, produce communication materials, and track supporter engagement.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the supporter database.
- Assisting with planning and preparation for supporter tours and Zoom events.
- Monitoring communications against KPIs and supporting reporting.
Required qualifications and experience
- A diploma or degree in communications, marketing, development, or a related field.
- Excellent English writing skills with strong attention to tone and detail.
- Experience in donor relations, customer service, fundraising, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
- Experience in supporter databases or email design platforms is an advantage.
