Position objective: The position holder will be responsible for designing and driving implementation of well-structured bundles of products and services tailored to different customer segments (Customer Value Proposition) to drive the bank’s revenue and healthy balance sheet growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor and track performance of existing products
  • Identify automation and digitization opportunities
  • Prepare Weekly/Monthly MIS reports
  • Define product roadmap with stakeholders
  • Execute product development lifecycle
  • Lead monetization initiatives

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Banking, Economics, Commerce or related field
  • 16+ years experience in mortgage finance/retail lending
  • Experience with technology-driven financial products
  • Knowledge of product management methods
