Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Credit Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely loan repayments, minimizing defaults, and implementing effective recovery strategies for overdue loans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client recruitment and relationship management
  • Loan application processing
  • Customer follow-up and support
  • Loan monitoring and repayment tracking
  • Field visits and verification
  • Daily reporting and record keeping
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures

Qualifications

  • Form VI / Certificate / Diploma
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Honest, disciplined, and responsible

Added Advantage

  • Experience in microfinance, SACCOs, sales, customer service, or mobile money operations
