About The Role & Qualifications

This service delivery response role focuses on maintaining operational excellence by diligently implementing and adhering to turnaround times (TAT), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Quality Control (QC) standards. The core responsibility is ensuring all work orders (WOs) are resolved quickly within the designated TAT, complete with a thorough root cause analysis and the highest quality control.

Qualification & Experience

  • Should possess a valid driving license specific for a motorcycle.
  • Advance Diploma in Networking and Management of Information Systems minimum.
  • Advanced understanding of distribution of network in broadband service delivery.
  • CCNA / JNCIA certifications are of added advantage.
  • Conversant with design, implementation and troubleshooting of LAN policies, devices, services and Security.
