Qualifications and experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Telecommunications or related field.

3 years’ experience in Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, Banking, Telecommunications

FinTech, Digital Payments or related industries.

Location: Dar Es Salaam

Core responsibilities

Achieve allocated revenue, transaction value and customer growth targets.

Acquire new corporate customers and strategic partners.

Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and coordinate implementation.

Drive customer activation and product adoption after go-live.

Develop and execute customer retention plans to minimize churn.

Manage strategic relationships with key decision makers.

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Mixx portfolio.

Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance and Marketing teams.

Monitor customer performance and prepare portfolio reports.

Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, regulatory and company policies.
