Job Purpose: To support the Finance Manager in ensuring effective financial management, reporting, compliance, and accountability for the Foundation’s Community-Based Financing (CBF) programs.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate accounting records for CBF transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow).
  • Track donor fund utilization and analyze budget variances.
  • Ensure compliance with donor regulations and internal policies.
  • Support audits and strengthen internal controls.
  • Collaborate with program teams for financial planning.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
