Position: Sales Associate (6 Vacancies)

Location: Julius Nyerere International Airport (JNIA), International Departure Lounge

Reporting to: Assistant Manager

Purpose of the Role

Tabono seeks proactive Sales Associates to support retail operations at JNIA. Responsibilities include customer service, sales growth, cash handling, merchandising, and store maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and guide customers, advising on products.
  • Process sales, handle cash, and maintain product displays.
  • Participate in stock-taking and commercial campaigns.
  • Report incidents and ensure store cleanliness.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of retail experience.
  • Fluency in Swahili & English.
  • Cash handling and interpersonal skills.

Benefits

  • Monthly salary: TZS 600,000 (gross).

  • Shift schedule: 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, 2 rest days.
