Job Description

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) seeks a Country Lead for Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to join its People & Culture team. Reporting to the People & Culture Director, this role drives talent strategy and employer branding in Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition/employer branding strategies.
  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including interviews and onboarding.
  • Track recruitment metrics and adapt to local market trends.
  • Promote diversity and ensure legal compliance in hiring.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment (4-8 years total HR experience).
  • Skills: Communication, data analysis, stakeholder management, EVP development.
