About the Role

The Medical Supplies Officer will manage supply chains, secure contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance in the medical supplies sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
  • Network with stakeholders to secure medical supply contracts.
  • Analyze market trends and identify competitive medical brands.
  • Oversee tender processes and ensure professional execution.
  • Expand networks to secure NGO projects and institutional contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with TMDA and other regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate distribution to hospitals, clinics, and home-based care networks.
  • Maintain accurate records and submit progress reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience in medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare consumables.
  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
