Compensation: TZS 20,000/day (target-oriented)

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, confident and motivated Field Activation Educators to join our team for a short-term outdoor marketing and brand activation project in Dar es Salaam. Selected candidates will assist in public engagement activities, field promotions, and community outreach programs to create awareness about a new digital service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in on-ground activations and engage with target audiences.
  • Educate people about the product and support registration and awareness activities.
  • Represent the brand positively and professionally in all interactions.
  • Distribute promotional materials and support with setup and logistics.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Swahili (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or public engagement is an advantage.
  • Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality.
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors.
  • Age not above 35 years.

Compensation

Daily rate: TZS 20,000 (minimum) but target oriented.
