Available Positions

1. Accountant (1 Post - Dar es Salaam)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow up on overdue invoices and negotiate payment arrangements
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and monitor customer payments
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare account payable and receivable report and aging schedules
  • Maintain positive customer collection for successful collections
  • Ensure all tax compliance and timely submission (Withholding, VAT- Returns, corporate tax, provisional taxes, and any other necessary)
  • Compiling and presenting reports, commentaries, and financial statements

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving and attention to details
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of credit management and risk mitigation
  • High ethical standards and compliance
  • Mathematical accuracy is very important
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. SAP, QuickBooks etc.) may be advantageous

Qualifications

  • Diploma/degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
  • At least one (1) year of experience in accounting, finance

2. Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager (1 Post - Dar es Salaam)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategies to develop a brand's online presence and drive engagement across social media platforms
  • Developing contents and managing campaigns
  • Monitoring analytics and changing strategies accordingly
  • Engaging with customers, staying on top of trends, and collaborating with sales and marketing team

Qualifications

Locations: Dodoma (1 post) & Dar es Salaam (1 post)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research market trends and customer needs to develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
  • Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, negotiate deals, and meet sales targets
  • Track sales, analyze market campaigns, and advise accordingly
  • Work with other departments to ensure alignment and create compelling marketing materials
  • Participate in or organize trade shows, conferences, and product launches

Qualifications

  • Diploma/degree in marketing, sales, or related field
  • Proven working experience in sales of at least one year (1)
  • Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and consumer behavior
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft tools
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of team
