Purpose of the Role

To strengthen the Human Resource Department, CCBRT is looking for an energetic, analytical HR Professional who will assist in the provision of all HR services towards its business units.

Your Role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for the effective delivery of HR services using the HR Business Partnering approach. Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing client needs
  • Interpreting HR strategy, policies, and regulations
  • Contributing to internal procedures
  • Providing solutions to complex HR issues
  • HR administration, compliance, leave management, performance management, recruitment, training needs assessment, and disciplinary support
  • Assisting in payroll administration and HRIS implementation

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of professional HR experience
  • Experience in payroll administration
  • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English & Swahili)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
