Location: Dar es Salaam/Zanzibar

Reports To: Programs Manager

Job Purpose

Coordinate and supervise the implementation of the Eye Diseases Campaign and Cochlear Implant Project, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project execution, including beneficiary selection and stakeholder coordination.
  • Monitor medical interventions and prepare progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and local regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Public Health/Medicine or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in health project management.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic/Swahili is a plus.
