Role Purpose

The Building & Utilities Manager will oversee maintenance activities for buildings and utilities, ensuring efficient operation of plant facilities, technical support to production, and leadership in quality and environmental programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Technical Services activities and team performance.
  • Optimize plant buildings and utilities functionality.
  • Lead energy-saving and contamination prevention initiatives.
  • Oversee contracts, contractors, and workshop operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance programmes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in maintenance/utilities.
  • Proficiency in English and computer skills.
