Purpose

This position provides strong day-to-day financial oversight of Credit and Collection processes supporting the Company’s nationwide Sales operations across 16 branch locations. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will ensure compliance with company policies governing route settlements, payment processing, credit allocations, and credit security.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer master data, due diligence, KYC certification, and credit risk assessment.
  • Manage credit limits, AR security, and deliver KPI reporting.
  • Monitor collections, receivables aging, and coordinate with Legal/debt collectors.
  • Optimize system controls, leverage analytics/AI tools, and automate reporting.
  • Lead teams, promote policy awareness, and ensure collaboration across branches.

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Business, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years in FMCG/Banking (managerial role).
  • Fluent in English and Swahili.
  • Strong compliance mindset and leadership skills.
