Role Purpose

The Reconciliation Analyst will review and resolve discrepancies across internal and external accounts, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily data reviews for government systems.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in source and output systems.
  • Manage bill cancellations and transaction discrepancies.
  • Communicate with third parties for timely resolution.
  • Develop data integrity controls and generate reconciliation reports.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and support Business Continuity Planning.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in IT/telecom with SQL proficiency.
  • Experience with large datasets, APIs, and ETL processes.
  • Strong Power BI and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
